Essentia Advisory Partners are pleased to announce that Lee Norris has joined the firm as a Managing Director.

Lee has over twenty-five years of experience concentrated on providing commercially focused IT solutions to the commodities trading and utility industries.  In addition to his time in consulting, he has led the IT department for two industry leading trading practices at Deutsche Bank and EDF Trading.  He has deep business knowledge within the wholesale and retail commodities markets allowing him to closely partner with business leaders to outline right sized strategies to support complex corporate platforms.

Lee will expand upon Essentia’s offerings in its E/CTRM practice areas while leveraging his hands-on experience with ION/Openlink’s Endur platform.  The recent and unprecedented changes across the globe will continue to create opportunities to support clients in new and more efficient ways.  Managed services and cloud hosted solutions will be more valuable in this environment and Lee’s experience enhances Essentia’s already proven hosting and support solutions for other products in this market. Lee is a native Houstonian, and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  We are very pleased to have Lee a part of the Essentia team.
