Tracy is a Senior Manager at Essentia, an EPAM Company. She possesses a strategic mindset refined through extensive experience in nuclear power markets, regulated utilities, and solid and liquid fuels logistics. Proficient in developing tailored reporting solutions, refining data and visual models, and crafting intuitive interfaces, she adeptly aligns technology with business objectives. Specializing in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, Tracy offers a comprehensive skill set encompassing business analysis, process optimization, custom programming, data automation, user training, product support, ISO Billing, and system configuration. Tracy has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from St. Edward’s University. In addition, Tracy is Allegro Certified in Power, System Administration, and Natural Gas.
