HOUSTON, June 12, 2024 – We are pleased to announce that Sara Spears has joined the Essentia / EPAM Team.
Sara is a Senior Manager at Essentia Advisory Partners, an EPAM Company. She is an experienced Allegro Energy Software Manager and specializes in product implementation, conversion, configuration, and integration. As a project manager, Sara has facilitated partnerships between internal team members, client team members, and vendor team members by encouraging collaboration and shared responsibility. While primarily functional, she also has experience in managing development teams. Sara has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
